It’s Not About Having Time. It’s About Starting.

Recently, I was chatting with a friend.
She told me—again—that she really wanted to learn Japanese.
I said, “That’s great. You should start.”
Two weeks later, we talked again.
And somehow, we ended up in the exact same conversation.
She said:
“I really want to learn… but I’ve just been too busy.”
That moment made me realise something.
Most of us don’t actually lack time.
We just spend it somewhere else.
Scrolling on our phones.
Watching “just one more episode.”Short videos that turn into hours.
Before we know it, it’s already 1 or 2am.
And yet—
the same five minutes somehow feels impossible to give to something we say we truly want.
So I told her:
“You don’t need an hour. Start with five minutes.”
Five minutes to learn a word.
Five minutes to listen to a sentence.
It sounds small.
But small, repeated daily, becomes something big.
And honestly—
building a business feels exactly the same.
People often think entrepreneurship needs huge amounts of time, energy, or a perfect moment to begin.
But that’s not how it really works.
It starts with small things.
Replying to one message.
Improving one sentence on your website.
Posting one piece of content.
Step by step.
Day by day.
That’s how we’ve been building Bear & Me, too.
Not all at once.
But consistently.
Time is one of the most valuable things we have.
Not because we don’t have enough of it— But because of how easily we let it slip away.
Sometimes, change doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from doing something small Consistently.
Even five minutes a day is enough to move your life in a different direction.
Start now. Make a move!
