TTLock Hotel Host – Step-by-Step Guide

Set Up Your Smart Locks with Ease — Starting from the Mobile App

✨ Why every host needs a smarter check-in

Ever waited for a guest who “will arrive around 10pm”… but shows up at midnight? 😅Or ran across town because someone lost the key?

With TTLock Hotel, those days are over.

Now you can create room access, send digital keys, and manage check-ins — all from your phone.

📱 In this article, we’ll start by introducing the TTLock Hotel mobile app and walk you through the key steps to set up your hotel system right from your phone.

✨ Before You Begin: Download the TTLock Hotel App and log in

You’ll need the TTLock Hotel app before adding your smart lock. It’s free and works on both iOS and Android.

You can log in with your existing TTLock account or create a new one if this is your first time.

Once you’re in, you’ll see the dashboard — this is your control center for everything that happens in your hotel system.

Now, you’re ready to connect your first lock! 🔐

Step 1️⃣: Add Your Rooms

Start by creating your rooms in the app — this keeps your lock management tidy later.

🪄 Go to Hotel → Room Management → Add Room

Give each room a clear name or number.

🛏️ Example:

  • Building: Sunrise Guesthouse

  • Floor: 1F, 2F

  • Rooms: 101, 102, 201, 202

💡 Bear & Me Tip: If you have multiple floors or buildings, group rooms by floor or area — it’ll save you a ton of scrolling later.

Step 2️⃣: Add and Configure Smart Locks

Now it’s time to connect your locks and bring your digital hotel to life.

🔹 Add locks using the Staff App

You’ll need to be physically near the lock (with Bluetooth turned on) when adding it.Open the Staff App → tap Add Lock → and follow the setup prompts.

🔹 Assign your installer

If you have a technician helping with installation, you can add them as a staff member and assign them the “Installer” role. This gives them temporary access to set up and test the locks.

⚠️ Crucial Security Reminder:Once all locks have been successfully installed and configured, delete the installer’s account immediately — especially if they’re no longer authorized to use the software. This step helps protect your system from any unauthorized access later on.

Step 3️⃣: Create and send guest access

Tips: Don't forget to go to “Staff” → “Access” to grant access permissions to your staff members first.

🏨 Check-In Made Simple

Go to “Room” and select “Check-In.” From here, you can choose how to give your guest access.

You’ve got two easy options:

Send an eKey (through email or app)

  • if a customer uses an eKey, they need to install the TTHotel Guest App

  • The guest uses the app and their phone's Bluetooth to digitally unlock the door.

Generate a passcode

  • Set valid time for check-in/out.

  • Use code for late arrivals.

  • Monitor real-time with gateway.

ree

🕒 Pro Tip: Set the code to expire automatically — so no one can re-enter after checkout.

ree

Step4️⃣ : Monitor from anywhere

Go to the homepage and tap “Room.” From here, you can view check-in details, update cleaning status, and manage access permissions — all in one place.

You can also check each lock’s status (locked, unlocked, or low battery) right from the app. If anything changes, you’ll see it instantly — no need to be on-site. 🔍📲

You can even reset codes remotely without stepping foot in the property.

🐻 Bear & Me Tip Corner

  • 🪪 Add an IC card for guests who prefer tapping over typing.

  • 🔋 Keep spare batteries — but honestly, TTLock Hotel’s power lasts ages.

  • 🧾 Use your guest history to prepare for repeat visitors — yes, you’ll have those!
